If you'd like to use your Globalgig Service outside of Australia, the UK, Europe and USA, you may require a SIM upgrade:
Please complete this form a minimum of 7 working days before you travel to request a new SIM card.
Important Information: Once you have received your new SIM, please contact Customer Care on 1300 102 102 to process your SIM swap. Do not activate the SIM online, as this will create a new account.
Note: we can only ship SIMs to an Australian Address.
