Terms & Conditions for Free SIM and Bonus $10 credit:

• Globalgig Free SIM is only available to Australian residents.
• The $10 bonus credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is only available to new Globalgig subscribers and is applied 1 month after the account is activated to 1GB, 3GB and 5GB Flexi 4G Plan by the 31st of December 2016.
• One $10 bonus credit per household
• To register your Globalgig SIM you must be 18 years or over, have a valid credit or debit card.

Australia Excess Data

If you exhaust your plan's data allowance you will be charged at $0.02 per MB.

International Data Charges

Your Globalgig service will work in the following countries at pay per MB rates:

Zone 1- $0.10 per MB

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Puerto Rico, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America & Vatican City.

Zone 2 - $0.25 per MB

Excess Data & International Data Charges

To help you stay in control of your data usage, we will email you once you’ve used 50%, 85% and 100% of your Australian data allowance+, and you can also view your current usage via the ‘My Plans & Payment’ section of My Account. If you would like to upgrade to a plan with larger data inclusions, please contact Customer Service. If you exceed your Australian data allowance, or are using the Globalgig service internationally, we will email you once you’ve incurred $50 excess or additional data charges and at $50 increments thereafter.

Important information about where your service will work:

Some older Globalgig SIMs do not support the full 100+ footprint. If you need to use your service outside of Australia, USA and Europe, please contact Customer Service a minimum of 1 week before you travel to ensure you have the latest SIM card with the 100+ country footprint.

Important Information+

• The 95% saving is based on Telstra's $3 per MB. Pay Per MB rates for Optus and Vodafone are between $1 and $0.50, providing savings of 85% and 70%. Rates are correct based on telstra.com, vodafone.com.au and optus.com.au as at March 4 2016.

1. Included Data: will be counted in 1KB increments and includes both uploads and downloads for use in Australia. Unused data does not rollover.
2. Additional Data: is automatically charged in 1MB increments once you've exceeded your included data. We may limit additional data available to you at these rates. If you use more than this we may continue to charge you at the same rates or restrict your data use that month.
3. Coverage: With 3G devices, you can access our 3G (UMTS 2100 MHz / 900 MHz) network. With 4G devices and a compatible plan, you can access our 3G network plus some or all of our 4G network. Our 4G network will use multiple frequencies (FDD LTE 700 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600 MHz / TD LTE 2300 MHz) to provide coverage. Coverage availability will vary depending on your device and location. Compatibility: When you bring your own device, make sure it’s not locked to other networks and is compatible with the Optus network. Refer to your device user guide for specifications.
4. Speed: Many factors affect speed such as internet traffic, your hardware and software, the source of the download and your location.
